Process Expert

As a Process Expert at Barclays, your role will involve taking responsibility for client service and operational execution tasks. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in Bonds, Guarantees & Indemnities, Letters of Credit, Collections, Trade Loans, and proficiency in report generating tools. Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day Trade and Working Capital initiatives by processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and resolving issues with technical expertise. - Monitor bank operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations, and industry standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to align and integrate processes. - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes. - Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficiency. - Create reports and presentations on performance, communicating findings to senior stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices. - Participate in projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
