The scope includes cost and budget accounting, variance analysis, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and invoicing. Roles provide skilled technical and administrative support, ranging from entry‑level to experienced contributors. At this level, employees handle limited‑scope assignments independently, applying judgment and discipline‑specific expertise to support broader operational goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders through professional email communication.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or disputes promptly while maintaining alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of multiple operational activities.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to identify and address customer issues.
  • Maintain and share accurate customer data.
  • Escalate complex matters to supervisors or senior colleagues when necessary.
  • Ensures month end closure activities are done on time
  • Collaboration with multiple teams, CX & SME, sales etc

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of accounting experience preferable
  • Strong email communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Kewill/SAP knowledge preferable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support rotating shifts as needed.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
