Designation: Process Executive (Google Analytics Tech Support)

CTC: ₹3.5 LPA

Job Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with advertisers and internal teams via phone, email, chat, and video
• Perform and verify web-based product implementations
• Guide and train customers on product usage
• Deliver excellent service while exceeding performance and quality targets
• Analyze customer problems and provide practical solutions

Interview Details:

Mode: Virtual

Level 1 – Telephonic Round

Level 2 – Versant (Voice & Listening Assessment)

Level 3 – HR Interview

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Year: 2021 to 2024 (B.Tech,BE,)
• Minimum 50% in 10th, 12th, and UG
• Maximum 2 years of academic gap
• Experience: 0–1 year of relevant work experience
• Willing to relocate and work in rotational shifts/domains
• Excellent spoken English (B2/C1/C2 level)
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
• Knowledge with Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
