We are looking for a Process Excellence Lead who will be responsible for leading and managing process improvement projects across the support org. The person in this role will work with business units to identify opportunities for improvement, implement process changes, and track and report on results. The ideal candidate will have experience leading process improvement projects, be well-versed in process improvement tools and methodologies, and have excellent project management skills. Candidate should be a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and also have the attention to detail necessary to implement change.
