Role Accountability Resolve system generated AML alerts as per agreed SLAs and ensure 100% monitoring coverage of all watchlists/suspicious transactions Follow Standard Operating Procedure for wing to wing closure of an alert including Alert Review, Updation of Comments, Alert Allocation, Resolve an alert, Report updation for watchlist screening process Create, Analyze and closely monitor the suspicious transaction trends, processes, customer behavior patterns, platform gaps and ensuring required process improvements are implemented Perform risk categorization of all corporate and retail customers on a periodic basis as mandated by RBI Perform monitoring for high value refund cases to spot potential money laundering intent and share findings with the AML lead for remediation Ensure implementation of digitization/process enhancement initiatives by participating in BRD preparation, UAT and sign off Generate and publish Alert Reports with relevant stakeholders as per the business agreed frequency Ensure timely preparation of regulatory reports for regulatory filing (STR, NTR, CTR, CBWT) Ensure appropriate resource availability for seamless completion of periodic DR drills Measures of Success Timely closure of daily alerts Alert report publication as per agreed frequency Timely and accurate regulatory report preparation No adverse observations in internal/external audits Timely and accurate MIS/business dashboard preparation Process adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Knowledge of AML processes & tools (World check/SAS/Actimize/Livingston etc.) Knowledge of interpreting Dow Jones watchlist & news from an AML standpoint IIBF/CAMS/CFCS/CAMI Certification Competencies critical to the role Analytical Ability Detail Orientation Decisiveness Process Orientation Market Awareness Qualification Graduation in any discipline Preferred Industry FSI
