The candidate will serve as a Senior Engineer – Process, bringing substantial proficiency in Process design, managing works and clients within the Industrial domain business for Lektus. He shall be backed by a proficient team of engineers specializing in the Process Engineering domain, primarily stationed at the Lektus Infrastructure office in Pune. We require an experienced Senior Engineer – Process with a demonstrable history of spearheading design initiatives within the Industrial business domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Equipment Layout & Civil Outline drawings for Water, Wastewater and Effluent Treatment Plants
• Preparation of Hydraulic Calculation, Hydraulic Flow Diagram & Process Flow Diagram
• Preparation of Pump Head Calculation and Blower Head Calculation.
• Preparation of Process Calculations for Biological and Physical Unit processes in Water, Wastewater and Effluent Treatment Plants.
• Preparation of Process & Instrumentation Diagrams
• Preparation of Technical Datasheets for all rotary and static equipment’s. & Technical Bid Evaluation
• Preparation and checking of Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings
• Preparation and checking of Civil Drawings for Treatment Plants
• Coordination of other disciplines such as Process, Civil, Electrical and instrumentation.
• To understand the design risk and assumptions associated with the project and manage this risk.
• Undertake post project reviews to identify and communicate lessons learnt and best practice.
• Identify potential improvements to the client’s systems and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Candidates must have experience with Process Plants, Water/Wastewater projects.
• Detailed knowledge of the design process, engineering designs at different stage of project.
• Knowledge in International Codes and Practices and global engineering standards.
• Good knowledge of MS office tools.
• Collaborative Skills with Clients, Stakeholders, Project Management and Design Teams.
• Good Spoken English and written English is essential.
• Experience on projects from Middle Easte, Europe and USA projects are preferred
