Generate and conduct a detailed review of project specifications and design plans
Prepare preliminary and final detailed process design based on Rothwell technology
Select & Size equipment and hydraulic elements (e.g. pumps, blowers, valves, piping, weirs, channels, troughs, gates, flow-control valves, etc.)
Prepare/perform process flow diagrams, mass balances, P&IDs, engineering reports, design proposals, kinetic and capacity modelling
Onsite pilot testing & field work duties incl. system startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Prepare and checking of detail drawings, including plot plans, general arrangement drawings, piping and instrumentation diagram, isometrics, hydraulic profile and fabrication drawings
Ensure designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards
Technical co-ordination with all disciplines related to engineering effort
To be able to travel domestically and internationally, as required. The frequency and duration of travel will depend on project needs
Propose and implement sustainable and cost-effective solutions for clients
Conduct reviews of engineering calculations, designs, and deliverables
3-5 years of relevant experience in process design engineering in wastewater industry with initial Site experience
Providing process design engineering support on Rothwells state-of-the-art technologies (MBR, MBBR, SBR, A20, ASP, IFAS) at various phases of pre-tendering, bidding and post order detail engineering of Wastewater and sewage treatment plants in India
Minimum 3 years' experience with AutoCAD & Simulation software
