Process Engineer

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic gadgets. You will work on developing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for storage, material checks, assembly line, and quality control. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with international quality and regulatory standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and quality will be essential to streamline processes. You will be expected to implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Additionally, part of your role will involve developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in-person.
