Role & responsibilities Ensure that PT initiatives are deployed properly, and SOPs are followed. Any deviation from recommended practices to be taken up with plant for correction and inform to PT at head office. Data collection and analysis for deviation in yield, product quality, energy consumption, process parameters and information related to PT initiatives. To achieve excellence in process technology by being proactive and proposing to management actions/projects for the improvement of the process efficiency, product consistency, energy conservation and economics. To participate and support the manufacturing team in plant troubleshooting in terms of evaluation of new ideas, equipment and technologies. Healthy environment and communication. Effective communication Yield reports Improved processes Timely implementation of process ideas at Plants.
