We are currently seeking a Senior QA Manager to join our ARIS team. ARIS is the leading solution for business process design and optimization. As a Senior QA Manager, you will oversee all quality assurance aspects across the product lifecycle for ARIS Cloud, guiding the team from requirements analysis to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be critical in implementing advanced quality assurance methodologies to ensure top-tier software performance. Responsibilities : Lead the global QA team in ensuring the quality of ARIS Cloud products and services across all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Manage and drive the planning and execution of quality assurance strategies, including functional, validation, load, and performance testing. Ensure alignment of project quality objectives with overall business goals and report on the quality status to stakeholders. Monitor, analyze, and report on key quality metrics, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and operations, to drive product excellence. Work within an Agile development environment, applying Lean principles to enhance software quality and team efficiency. Qualifications : Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong track record in leading QA teams for enterprise-grade applications. Proven expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and standards, with a deep understanding of ISO9001, ISO27001 and Agile practices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools like GitHub, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Hands-on experience with programming (Java), test automation frameworks, and modern development environments is a plus. Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Docker, and Kubernetes is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Excellent English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
