Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Process Coordinator Cum Executive Assistant To Director. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to communication and coordination among various departments. The role requires ensuring smooth operations and assisting the Director in various capacities.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders
• Ability to work efficiently on-site at the New Delhi office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
