Role & responsibilities Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or others depending on project requirements). Design and configure HMI screens for machine and process control (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, FactoryTalk View, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, production) to define automation requirements and implement solutions. Support the commissioning and startup of automation systems at customer or plant sites. Diagnose and resolve automation issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. Prepare and maintain documentation, including control system architecture, wiring diagrams, and program backups. Follow safety protocols and comply with industry standards during installation and maintenance. Assist senior engineers with system design, testing, and validation procedures. Preferred candidate profile Experience with SCADA systems. Basic knowledge of robotics or motion control. Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other quality standards (depending on industry).
