Your key responsibilities will include: - Using available tools to capture and map Compliance business processes and identify areas for improvement - Analyzing outputs from the CELONIS Process Intelligence Platform to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks - Designing and implementing process improvements based on data-driven insights - Collaborating with various teams to define and align on process improvements - Distilling complex issues into clear and concise briefings for management - Recommending solutions and demonstrating a self-starter attitude - Demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and flexible thinking Qualifications required for this role include: - Very strong understanding of business processes, process mining, and automation solutions - Deep knowledge of business process intelligence, automation, and the Celonis Process Mining Platform - Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights - Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders - Ability to identify and solve complex process-related challenges - Project management skills to manage and coordinate process improvement projects - Understanding of specific industries and their business processes Desirable skillsets for this role include: - Knowledge of process capture and process architecture development methodologies - Evidence of successful project/programme delivery - Experience of working in a global matrix environment - Prior experience within Compliance/Financial Crime change environment In this role based out of Pune, you will support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives by ensuring business readiness for change initiatives. Your accountabilities will include identifying business impact and opportunities for change, developing readiness strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, managing resistance to change, and providing guidance and support to business stakeholders. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and lead a team performing complex tasks. As a Change Process Engineer (AVP), your responsibilities will include: - Using available tools to capture and map Compliance business processes, identifying how they work in practice. - Analyzing outputs from the CELONIS Process Intelligence Platform to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in Compliance processes. - Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, ensuring value realization from CELONIS's offerings. - Implementing process improvements based on data-driven insights from CELONIS. - Working with various teams to define process enhancements, establish priorities, and coordinate improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should be a self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic/ Essential Qualifications: - Thorough understanding of business processes, process mining, and automation solutions. - Technical expertise in business process intelligence, automation, and the Celonis Process Mining Platform. - Analytical skills to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and drive process improvements. - Proficiency in problem-solving and project management, with a focus on managing process improvement projects. - Industry knowledge, including an understanding of specific industries and their business processes. Desirable skillsets/ good to have: - Knowledge of process capture and process architecture development methodologies. - Evidence of successful project/program delivery involvement. - Experience working in a global matrix environment, particularly within Compliance/Financial Crime change.
