You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Finance solutions (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Fixed Assets) to align with business requirements. Your role will involve conducting end-to-end process blueprinting, mapping, and solution architecture for finance-related workflows. Additionally, you will manage and execute full-cycle SAP ERP implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Finance modules with other ERP components will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Furthermore, you will be involved in system testing, training, and providing user support during and post implementation. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and industry best practices will be crucial. You will also be tasked with providing post-implementation support and continuously optimizing the SAP environment. For this role, you should possess 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP Finance modules (FICO) and a strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles. A proven track record in SAP ERP implementation and enhancement engagements is required. Experience in process blueprinting, solution mapping, and architecture within the ERP landscape is also essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be beneficial in this role. You should have the ability to work independently and lead finance solution delivery. Possessing SAP certification in Finance modules (FICO) is preferred. It would be advantageous to have exposure to S/4HANA migration projects and knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.,
