Job Description

The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in an international inbound process with excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Candidates with their own laptop/desktop and internet connection are preferred. Additionally, a good IQ and analytical skills are required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and the option to work from home. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, with night shifts in the US time zone. In addition to the base salary, there is a performance bonus and yearly bonus offered. The work location for this role is in person.,
