Process Associate - Insurance Claims - Spartan

We are seeking a Process Analyst Insurance (Claims) to manage life and annuity insurance claims processing. The role involves investigating claims, validating documents, calculating benefit amounts, and releasing payments to beneficiaries. The candidate should be flexible to work in shifts and meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle claims investigation, processing, and payments for life and annuity insurance products.
• Validate claims documents, calculate benefit amounts, and ensure accurate payment to beneficiaries.
• Ensure compliance with product and process guidelines while maintaining high accuracy.
• Meet productivity and quality targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Identify potential issues, suggest solutions, and use data for impactful decision-making.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (except B.Tech/Technical Graduation/Law).

Preferred Education:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Life/Annuities products claims processing.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with typing speed of 35 words per minute.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Self-directed and ambitious with a results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Track record of meeting targets effectively.
