Inviting application for the role of Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management Responsibilities The person is responsible for providing deep subject matter expertise in their given area of expertise across supply chain . This person will provide mentorship and leadership to delivery project teams, facilitate workshops and strategy sessions, tease out business requirements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. They will contribute to the development of various service offerings and thought leadership through white papers, podium events, and industry publications. Th is person will also provide oversight to maintain the consistency of quality and delivery across a global team. They will have the opportunity to help shape the future through increased exposure and collaboration with other industry leaders in top positions, consulting roles and/or innovative technology partners. Primary responsibilities include: Direct experience with after-sales service such as service parts management, field service, technical support, root cause analytics and technology solutions Ability to distill detailed or complex issues into succinct plans at an executive level Help clients understand our transformation delivery approach and build client confidence for successful engagements Acts as a steering committee member and executive sponsor on strategic engagements with key clients Understand our deployment methodology , lead projects driving measurable financial and operational client outcomes, and ensure compliance across engagements Monitor multiple project budgets, project forecasts, and compliance with department policies on project governance Aid in the development of proposals and SOWs Develop consulting team members in supply chain , client management, financial management , and client value delivery Contribute to firm development activities such as recruiting, retention and professional development Qualifications we seek in you! The CLM Review Governance team is a global function supporting all CLM KYC Ops regional teams. As part of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Review Governance team, you will be responsible for Governance and Planning regarding the timely completion of the KYC. The responsibilities include monitoring files utilizing a reporting suite for global Client Life Cycle Management (CLM) group to ensure files are completed in a timely manner and are restricted if the KYC is not completed.
