Additionally, you will facilitate independent audit engagements on behalf of the company and assist in closing audit findings with the teams. You will play a key role in developing and implementing process improvements and best practices across the business unit. This will involve reviewing policies and procedures for all areas of the business, as well as developing new policies and procedures as directed to enhance operations. Collecting and analyzing data for review with internal stakeholders will be part of your duties. Your role will also encompass the management and execution of internal audit assignments, including the production of audit reports and overseeing follow-up actions. You will collaborate across all business areas to ensure that processes are documented and compliant with the company's requirements. Risk communication and tracking will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
