As a Junior Technical Writer, your main responsibility will be to create and maintain documentation to support the product suite of the company. You will collaborate with subject matter experts from various departments such as engineering, product, customer success, and sales to produce technical documentation that is clear and understandable by all clients, from new users to developers. - Create and maintain various types of documentation including user guides, FAQs, API documentation, SOPs, and release notes - Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness - Ensure that all content aligns with company guidelines and standards, including branding and style guide requirements - Work with SMEs to develop detailed technical specifications for both client-facing and internal documentation - Simplify complex technical concepts into easily understandable language and visuals - Collaborate with the Lead Technical Writer to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in technical writing or procedural writing - Ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation - Familiarity with CMS and version control programs, preferably Git - Experience with Atlassian tools for project management - Proficiency in word processing tools such as GSuite, Word, and Adobe - Basic knowledge of cURL, Markdown, and Python - Basic understanding of RESTful API standards, including JSON output - Capacity to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting - Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and correcting technical writing errors - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in the B2B SaaS industry standards and practices - Experience with Agile workflows would be advantageous,
