Role & responsibilities Manage the entire import/export lifecycle including pre- and post-shipment documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery. Liaise with freight forwarders, CHAs, customs authorities, and port officials for smooth operations. Handle licensing requirements (EPCG, Advance Authorization) and ensure compliance with DGFT and other regulatory bodies.
