Role & responsibilities Design & Documentation Prepare Base Design and Detailed Design for the following telecom systems: - MPLS-TP - DVM (Digital Voice Multiplexers) - DWDM and Optical Boosters - Repeaterless Transmission Systems - LAN/WAN Switches & Routers - IP Telephony Solutions - Remote Fault Tolerant Systems (RFTS) - 48VDC Chargers and DC-DC Converters - PSE (Protection Signaling Equipment) - MC (Media Converters) - VSAT Systems - UHF Radio Systems Review input specifications, develop technical configurations, and generate engineering drawings. • Ensure all designs meet SEC and utility standards (TMSS, TES, TCS). • Create production files based on approved designs to support manufacturing and assembly processes, meanwhile align designs with procurement needs. PCoordination & Technical Support Provide training, knowledge-sharing, and support to other design team members to ensure alignment with best practices and continuous capability development. Collaborate with vendors to verify compliance, collect technical documentation, and resolve queries. • Support Tender and PMO teams during bidding and scope alignment. • Prepare BOMs, material take-offs, and design-based procurement requirements. • Address technical issues during design development and support integration planning. Systems Integration & Planning Participate in NMS architecture design and integration planning for multi-vendor environments. Leadership & Team Development: Guide and mentor junior engineers in design development and documentation practices. • Lead design discussions, review sessions, and provide feedback to improve output quality. • Ensure fair distribution of design tasks and foster a collaborative team environment. Certified in Huawei HCIA, HCIP, MEF, or equivalent vendor/network systems is preferred
