Role & Responsibilities: You will lead and work within a growing research and development team to improve existing and build new products. Your role will be to develop or enhance innovative products and applications for the company. You will also conduct lot of research and solve a variety of problems that have never been solved before. Ideally, you are a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual and enjoy dealing with challenging problems. Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for projects and tasks Willingness to learn and grow professionally in a team environment. Your role will be to fully research, design, implement, test and demonstrate the results. Your role will be preparation for demos and proof of concepts with latest technologies. You will be required to have grooming, mentoring and managerial skills for this role. Expected Functional Skills: 4-8 years of work experience in the field of software engineering and research. Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms Ability to write robust code in python. Fluent in one of following programming languages: Python , C#, Javascript. Experience on AI/ML technologies and familiarity with contemporary Cloud Architectures, Virtualisation and Containerisation methods, tools, and techniques Basic understanding on networking protocols and concepts. Good understanding on design patterns. Willing to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly. Experience working on large scale software projects. Working knowledge of building deep learning NLP, Computer Vision Models for classification and object detection.
