As a team player who also thrives in independent roles, you should be willing to go beyond the job description to ensure organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Employee Engagement & Communication: - Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and motivated work environment. - Organizing events, celebrations, surveys, and welfare programs regularly. - Acting as a bridge between management and employees to maintain open and transparent communication. - Handling conflict resolution, addressing grievances, and ensuring prompt resolution of employee concerns. General HR Operations: - Independently managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, induction, confirmation, performance management, exit formalities, and full & final settlement. - Maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats. - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and general laws. - Assisting in manpower planning, budgeting, and talent retention strategies. Statutory Compliance & Documentation: - Ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and HR regulations. - Maintaining legal and official documentation. - Overseeing timely submission of statutory returns and documentation. Performance Management & HR Analytics: - Supporting the implementation and tracking of performance management systems. - Generating HR reports and dashboards related to attendance, attrition, engagement, training needs, and more. - Analyzing data to suggest improvements and strategies for HR processes. Independent & Proactive Working: - Taking the initiative to streamline HR operations and suggest improvements. - Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost integrity. - Demonstrating the ability to work independently without constant supervision and delivering results within deadlines.
