You will be responsible for coordinating with customers seeking after-sales repair or maintenance services. This includes communicating with customers to accurately understand their complaints and assigning the appropriate service personnel. You will also be in charge of scheduling service engineers" calls and planning their travel. Providing service quotations to customers, obtaining approvals, and maintaining proper documentation for all service calls and contracts will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will manage preventive maintenance schedules for annual contracts and ensure accurate data entry in the service tracking sheet on a daily basis. MIS reporting in assigned formats will also be required. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, particularly in written and email correspondence. Handling customer complaints with ease and professionalism is crucial, along with proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets. Proactive communication and coordination with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders are essential qualities for this position.
