Your primary responsibility will include handling customer inquiries, processing refunds, and implementing retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be working as an Operations Associate (US Process)- Freshers in Bangalore, specifically at HSR Layout, with night shift timings. As the face of Bhanzu support for customers, you will act as a single point of contact and allocate trainers to batches. You will respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and accurately. Additionally, proactive outbound calling to build rapport with customers will be part of your responsibilities. Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions efficiently by coordinating with cross-functional teams is crucial. Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services are also key aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential. You must be able to multitask and exhibit patience when handling challenging cases.
