Experience: Minimum 8+ years industry experience in Workforce Dimensions. Extensive experience in configuring, implementing, and modifying UKG solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of workforce management configurations, including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support. Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Strong configuration knowledge on various Kronos modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave. In-depth experience in Interface Development for integrating various systems into Workforce Dimensions. Develop and test configurations in Pro WFM / Dimensions. Experience with creating reports using the BIRT reporting tool. Dell Boomi experience with Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations. Create data views and Cross-reference tables. Provide thought leadership in improving processes, methodologies, systems, tools, and services to enhance client operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles for different audiences.
