First point of contact for all parent enquiries.

Build strong rapport with parents and ensure satisfaction.

Guide parents during school visits, meetings.

Maintain proper communication during events, exams, and school updates.

Generate admissions leads through field activities.

Manage communication channels: WhatsApp groups, SMS, emails of new enquiries

Ensure clear, consistent, and parent-friendly communication.

Maintain a positive public image of the school in the neighbourhood.

Communicate with local leaders, associations, and community groups.

Support media coordination for school achievements and events.

Execute door-to-door campaigns, activities.

Set up branding materials at apartments, stores, and public places.

Assist front-office and admin team during school events.

Support the Marketing Manager in implementing campaigns.

Ensure announcements and parent communication are handled smoothly.

Requirements :

Graduation

Experience - 1 year

Good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
