Job Description

Register patients and update patient records in the system.
Assist patients in locating departments, doctors, or diagnostic services.
Coordinate with front desk, nursing, and pharmacy teams for patient needs.
Ensure OPD areas are clean, organized, and ready before appointments start.
Help doctors with case sheet preparation, document handling, and follow-ups.
Manage patient appointments and follow the daily OPD schedule.
Provide basic instructions to patients as per doctor’s guidance (e.g., follow-up, lab test guidance).
Maintain medical files, forms, and other necessary documentation.
Assist in crowd management and guide patients to avoid delays or confusion..
