PRN Physical Therapist (PT)

To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's, Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program and hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, reviewing, and screening patients/residents medical charts, conducting evaluations under physician orders, and developing treatment plans based on individual patient needs. You will implement these treatment plans through direct therapy sessions and educate other team members on the plan of care, providing necessary supervision for PTAs. Leading or attending interdisciplinary meetings to share clinical findings, making recommendations to the rehab team, and conducting staff/family training and education when needed will also be part of your role. There will be opportunities to work at multiple centers, allowing you to cater to a diverse range of patient needs.
