Salon Manager 📍 Location: Manapakkam, Chennai 🕒 Minimum Experience Required: 2–5 years (in beauty salon/spa management) 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the beauty spa & salon, ensuring smooth functioning. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service. Manage client bookings, appointments, and resolve customer queries effectively. Monitor inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination. Maintain hygiene, safety, and professional standards at all times. Support marketing, promotional campaigns, and client loyalty programs. Handle cash flow, billing, and basic financial reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in salon/spa management (preferrable). Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to handle teams and ensure operational efficiency. Good knowledge of beauty/spa services and trends. Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
