We are looking for one of our client for the position of Associate Security Consultant based in Bengalore. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience in the field. As an Associate Security Consultant, your main responsibilities will include providing Level 3 engineering support for CyberArk PAM. You will be expected to address complex issues, conduct advanced troubleshooting, configure PAM policies, manage vault and session management setup, and maintain secure access controls. Furthermore, you will be responsible for performing system upgrades, patches, and customizations to enhance functionality. Root cause analysis for high impact incidents and collaboration with IT security teams for solution enhancements will also be part of your role. The requirements for this position include a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM. You should have expertise in vault configuration, policy creation, and session management. Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of privilege management and security practices are essential for this role. TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) Associate We seek TAC Associate to join our WTC office in Pune, India. TAC Associates handle 1st level support calls/emails/chats from ZS offices worldwide in a user environment consisting of PC/MAC running the standard suite of business applications. What you'll do: Troubleshooting IT-related issues for a user population of ZS employees and clients using ZS proprietary software via telephone and remote access. Provide L1 Technical Support for the Windows/MAC machines, printer ZS proprietary software. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware Familiarity with basic networking concepts and protocols. Common query topics include - VPN, Outlook (and other O365 Apps and Services), Active Directory and Exchange, Network Connectivity, Software Installation (using SCCM and Privilege Management), File Server and File Share access, FTP, Application specific issues, Intune Support & Management etc. Handling administrative tasks such as tracking TAC calls/chats, timely follow up of all assigned tickets in your bin until closure, re-assigning tickets to the relevant L2 teams and following up via emails as required, assisting with organizational efforts, maintaining chargebacks for licensed software etc Additional TAC projects/tasks as assigned based on performance. What you'll bring : Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to approach problem-solving methodically and analytically Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree desirable 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, or preferably IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Strong customer service orientation Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion Ability to work varied hours, enabling support in a 24/7 environment A+ certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (desirable, not mandatory) Experience with Service Now tool (desirable, not mandatory) Certification in ITIL or similar framework. As a PostgreSQL Database Administrator with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and support of high-availability clustering utilizing PostgreSQL technologies in locations such as Bangalore and Chennai. Your role will involve understanding operational requirements, including Hardware, Architecture, configuration, Integration, and maintaining mission-critical Production PostgreSQL databases. You will also be accountable for all Logical and Physical backup & recovery, including PITR recovery, and should have a deep understanding of streaming replication and barman backups. Additionally, knowledge of authentication and privilege management is required. Your responsibilities will include managing Clusters, upgrading/migrating various PostgreSQL database versions, performance tuning, replication, and developing database automation scripts and maintenance. Proficiency in logical and physical design of databases, monitoring, and troubleshooting is essential. Knowledge in DB2 LUW and MongoDB administration is considered an added advantage. You will also provide technical guidance for integration, testing, design, development, and planning of new production systems/databases.
