Job Summary: As a Home Loan and Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the home loan and mortgage process, from pre-approval to closing. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, provide personalized mortgage solutions, and ensure a smooth transaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals. 2. Mortgage Solutions: Provide personalized mortgage solutions to clients, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans. 3. Pre-Approval and Application: Guide clients through the pre-approval and application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected. 4. Loan Options: Educate clients on various loan options, including fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages, and help them choose the best option for their needs. 5. Credit Analysis: Analyze clients' credit reports and financial information to determine loan eligibility. 6. Loan Processing: Work with loan processors and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction. 7. Client Communication: Keep clients informed throughout the loan process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. 8. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure all loan transactions comply with industry regulations. Requirements: 1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field. 2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including conventional and structured loans. 3. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Analytical: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review financial data and make informed decisions. 5.
