Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled hands-on Lead Developer/Architect to assist in deploying, securing, and scaling web and AI-based solutions on the Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in product Development utilizing Python, MongoDB, ReactJS and deploying AI-based solutions utilizing LLMs on enterprise platforms/cloud infrastructure in Azure. Person should have end-to-end enterprise development, deployment, automation, security integration and DevOps experience. This is an immediate need. Start-ups experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop, lead, architect, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based solutions utilizing Python, ReactJS, FASTAPI, MongoDB/CosmosDB, integrating with AI-based solutions utilizing Large Language Models Configure and manage Azure services, including Azure App Services , VMs , Databases , and AI/ML tools . Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform , Bicep , or other automation tools for consistent deployments. Configure and secure private endpoints , custom domains , and networking to ensure a robust and compliant architecture. Build and manage Azure DevOps pipelines to automate code deployment and testing. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to optimize solutions for performance and cost-efficiency. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance cloud-based applications and services. Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and reliability are integrated into all solutions. Qualifications: Skills/Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience with building enterprise products from ground-up utilizing Python frameworks, ReactJS, MongoDB/CosmosDB, and integrating with AI-based LLM solutions. Should have expertise in deploying and scaling applications in Microsoft Azure. Self-starter preferred, with experience working in start-ups. Proven experience with Azure pipelines , infrastructure as code ( Terraform , Bicep , or similar), and DevOps practices. Strong knowledge of Azure networking , private endpoints , custom domains , and related configurations. Additional Skills : Proficiency in automation scripting and tools. Strong understanding of cloud security, including identity management, encryption, and secure networking practices. Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS) is a plus. Certifications : Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert is preferred but not required. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Self-starter with biased towards action. Hands-on strong programming experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
