Position: Private Secretary
Location: First Floor, Madhavam Building, Door No - 453/ D, Peshkar Road, Irinjalakuda, Kerala 680121

Responsibilities:

• Manage the senior officer daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare and translate letters, emails, and documents in English and Hindi.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and communication.
• Organise files, records, and office documents.
• Arrange travel, meetings, and basic office tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Good command of English and Hindi (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Well-organised and responsible.

Experience:

1–5 years preferred.
