The Assistant Manager - Master Data Management (Pharma Business) will oversee various postproduct finalization activities, ensuring all processes are compliant with industry regulations and company standards. This role involves managing brand names, artwork, packaging, and product master data. The ideal candidate will have experience working in private label companies and a strong background in pharmaceutical regulations and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Master Data Management: Create and manage product master data related to brand names, brand id and their active status for existing and upcoming products. Maintain accurate records of product photographs in the master data. Ensure timely editing and publication of product details on the website. Update the company website with live product information. Review of Artwork and Packaging: Connect with external vendors to share necessary details for product artwork and packaging. Review product-related artwork to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Design and check packaging, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant. Approve Artwork shared by the vendors. Desired Skills and Expertise: Bachelors, or Masters degree in Pharmacy. 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in retail pharmacies or epharmacies. Strong knowledge of brand management, product artwork, packaging design, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using relevant software and tools for managing product data and artwork.

The Technical Solution Specialist will focus on driving sales and increasing net margin through the promotion of Private Label products and other commodities. Our current clients & warehouse in Maharashtra are in Kolhapur belt and the specialist will spend 3-4 days a week in the Kolhapur region, working closely with clients to provide technical expertise and support. Qualification - B.Tech Mechanical/Metallurgy Key Responsibilities: Conduct trials monthly for value-added products including our private label range of CarbonMax, MagMax, GraphiMax. Plan, coordinate, and execute trials of raw materials in the foundry to reduce the cost of production and/or increase benefits. Communicate effectively with the foundries to gather input, share findings, and align on how they can improve their raw material consumption and optimize their cost. Work closely with the R&D team to transfer successful trials into scalable and sustainable production processes and offer them the raw materials from NowPurchase. Document and analyze trial results, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations. Create cost-benefit analysis for the product and collaborate closely to demonstrate savings via our MetalCloud software. Work with Sales & BD resources to help determine the best pricing strategies. Address and resolve any quality complaints. Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Work closely with key clients in the region to ensure strong and sustainable growth in each account. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base. Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges. Trial Execution and Analysis: Conduct and analyze over 20 trials monthly for value-added products, collaborating with foundries to optimize raw material consumption and production costs. Process Optimization: Plan and execute trials to enhance foundry processes, aiming to reduce production costs and maximize benefits while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. R&D Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to translate successful trials into scalable production processes, facilitating the integration of NowPurchase raw materials and offering comprehensive documentation and analysis. Customer Engagement and Support: Address quality complaints, collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams on pricing strategies, and provide customer technical support, demonstrating cost savings via MetalCloud software. JD Category Management PL Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for Overall Own Brand FMCG Food / Gourmet Business. Understand the available market opportunity for new and existing categories. Stock availability, stock turnover, Category Assortment Expansion. New Product development by identifying new Vendors. Drive the Sales, Margin, and Inventory. Managing overall operations including Buying & Merchandising , Vendor Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, etc. Steering merchandising efforts in harmony with the business objectives.
