You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for cloud solutions and services. Your role will involve identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and prospective customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for cloud solutions will be crucial. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase cloud services, highlighting how they address customer requirements and pain points. Additionally, you will prepare and present tailored sales proposals, including pricing, deliverables, and implementation plans to clients. Negotiating with clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and closing sales will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met is essential. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the cloud space will help you effectively position products and differentiate offerings. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM software, and reporting on sales performance and progress to management is also required. After sales, you will provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field and have 5 to 8+ years of experience in sales, specifically in cloud services. Understanding cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and familiarity with Private Cloud and public cloud business is necessary. To excel in this role, you should have a proven sales track record and the ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong negotiation and closing abilities. A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement would be well-suited for this position. While relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) can be beneficial, they are not always required.,
