Tech fluency - ability to bridge business and technology. You should be able to derive requirements/constraints for technical solutions from business requirements/constraints. Conversely, you should be able to drive business value from tech insights. Data fluency - ability to drive data-informed decision making. You should know what type of data to collect, how to collect it and have a good understanding of how to combine qualitative and quantitative insights Domain knowledge - good understanding of modern cloud computing concepts such as container orchestration (Kubernetes), public cloud capabilities (especially AWS), infrastructure as code and service mesh.
