As a Data Privacy professional at our organization, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring data privacy and protection across various business units and geographies. We are seeking individuals at the Senior Consultant, Deputy Manager, and Manager levels with 3 to 9 years of experience in this field. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct end-to-end Data Privacy Gap Assessments and prepare Risk Control Matrices aligned with data privacy risks. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and maintaining Records of Processing Activities in compliance with global data protection laws. Your expertise will be crucial in executing Privacy Impact Assessments and embedding privacy-by-design into business processes. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, IT security, and business teams will be essential for the success of our privacy initiatives. In this role, you will also stay abreast of regulatory developments, particularly GDPR, as well as emerging laws like CCPA and DPDPA. Your support in implementing privacy controls and remediation plans to address compliance gaps will be instrumental. Occasional travel to client locations in the Middle East may be required based on business needs. The ideal candidate for this position will possess 3 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Data Privacy and Data Protection. You should have a proven track record in conducting Data Privacy Gap Assessments and building Risk Control Matrices. Familiarity with Records of Processing Activities and a strong understanding of GDPR are also essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must-have for effective stakeholder engagement. While not mandatory, exposure to CCPA and DPDPA, experience in preparing Final Assessment Reports, and knowledge of ISO 27701 and relevant certifications like CIPP/E and CIPM would be considered advantageous for this role.
