If you do not have experience or knowledge of a certain aspect like services, finishing etc., then we will train you in that. Ensure timely completionquality as per our defined standardsMaterial consumption as per normsTeam Interactions:Reports to Project Manager (Construction), who handles multiple sites (currently 4 sites) Works closely with Project Manager (Design)Approvals teamProcurement teamSales teamContractorsKey Opportunities/ Challenges:Willingness to learn all aspects of construction/ site/ project from structure to finishing to handoverQuality and team focusProcess orientation (follow process, suggest improvements in process)Experience:Tech Savvy - Able to use apps on mobile Mental Maths - Able to do basic calculations related to civil work
