Location: Ahmedabad (On-site at Client Premises) Project: Large-Scale Infrastructure Facility (Confidential) Start Date: Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced BIM cum CAD Modeler to be deployed at our client’s premises in Ahmedabad for a large-scale infrastructure facility project. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with practical experience in BIM family creation, CAD documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D BIM families for electromechanical equipment. Carry out Revit to Navisworks file conversions for coordination and clash detection. Convert BIM models into 2D CAD and isometric drawings for design documentation. Prepare detailed equipment drawings based on vendor-supplied GA layouts. Set up drawing templates and incorporate vendor GA drawings appropriately. Prepare Combined Services Drawings (CSD) including general arrangements of installed equipment. Generate MEP and coordination layout drawings for internal and external utilities. Apply revisions as per client feedback and maintain version control. Create shop drawings integrating all services—Civil, Architectural, and MEP. Required Skills and Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in BIM and CAD modeling in infrastructure or industrial projects. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage. Good understanding of MEP services, civil and architectural coordination. Proven ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Familiarity with drawing standards, BIM documentation practices, and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong attention to detail and iterative design updates. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Experience in depot, metro, or large public infrastructure projects is an added advantage. Knowledge of BIM execution plans and LOD specifications preferred. Work Environment: Position based full-time at client office in Ahmedabad. Immediate deployment required.
