Your activities will vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths. As a Sr. Associate, you can expect to spend 80% of your time allocated to material client interaction through all project phases, project management, intensive data-analysis, identification of insights, and creating compelling client-ready presentations. The remaining 20% will be spent developing Analysts and coachees, participating in practice development, and carrying out routine administrative tasks. Let's get to work together. **Requirements:** - Substantial and measurable delivery within the reporting workstreams of 3 or more Financials, or Higher Education implementations for at least two phases - Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience - Willingness and ability to travel on business need and work extended hours as necessary **Preferences:** - Current Workday Reporting and Prism certification - Minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using various tools for simple to complex reports - Strong experience in report writing with enterprise reporting tools in Workday Financials Accounting Center and Prism - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills to establish relationships of trust and collaboration - Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model - Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, Matrix, Composite, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report-specific functionality - Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions - Excellent time-management and prioritization skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in tools such as Excel and Access for translating information and requirements into documentation and solution design - Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies - Enthusiastic about data accuracy and completeness, with great attention to detail **Position Level:** Senior Associate **Country:** India,
