Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Employee located in Ernakulam. The Shop Employee will be responsible for assisting customers with their camera rental needs, keeping track of bookings and inventory, checking and keeping the equipment's in top notch condition. Other day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, and possibly assisting with training new staff members. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented office staff member to join our camera rental shop. The staff will be responsible for managing daily rentals, assisting customers, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth shop operations. Basic knowledge of camera equipment is essential.
