Location: Hyderabad Position Summary: As a Senior Team Lead and Head of Service Management in the D&IT DATA department, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the activities of the Service Delivery Management team. Your role will involve tracking KPIs, recommending delivery improvements, reporting on service quality to higher management, and driving service review meetings with internal and third-party providers. You will also be responsible for ensuring services are delivered to contractual standards and analyzing processes for optimization. Required Skills: - Strong background in Service Delivery and Program Management - Ability to prioritize, plan, and work on business plans - Experience in team structuring and resource allocation - Proficiency in ServiceNow and JIRA - Extensive experience in implementing and improving ITIL processes - ITIL Certifications (v3 or v4) would be a strong advantage - Ability to translate IT concepts into business language - Program management experience with multiple team coordination - Experience in setting up and leading international teams Qualifications and Experience: - 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management - Experience in a multi-cultural and complex environment - Leadership and team management skills - Strong communication and motivation abilities - Excellent organizational and delegation skills - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience - Master's degree in IT or Engineering - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or Spanish is a plus.,
