By understanding customer requirements, offering technical solutions, and fostering lasting relationships, you will play a crucial role in supporting machine operators and production teams during the transition to our inks. Furthermore, you will be tasked with collecting feedback from clients, collaborating with the R&D team to enhance product performance, generating sales leads, pursuing inquiries, and finalizing deals. It will also be essential to maintain accurate records of sales visits, reports, and customer input, as well as to deliver basic technical assistance and address ink-related issues on-site.
