You are a highly experienced and visionary packaging designer with 4-5 years of expertise in structural packing, materials, and printing procedures. Your role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing packaging that is both functional and visually appealing. You should possess strong design skills, a good understanding of materials and printing processes, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling packaging solutions. Your key responsibilities include leading end-to-end packaging design development from concept sketches to final production files, creating die-lines, mockups, and print-ready files, collaborating with printers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure high quality, staying updated with design trends and packaging innovations, maintaining visual consistency with brand guidelines, and ensuring uniformity in packaging artwork across product lines. You are expected to hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Packaging Designer (4-5 years). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CoralDraw, Artios CAD, and Art Pro is required. A solid understanding of print production, packaging materials, and structural design is essential. Moreover, you should possess strong creative, conceptual, and visual communication skills, be detail-oriented with excellent time management, and have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. This is a Full-Time position based in Meerut, UP, with a salary range of 50,000-60,000 per month.,
