Printing Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients/buyers to understand print requirements, artwork, colors, and specifications.
• Liaise with the design team to develop and finalize print samples (screen print, sublimation, heat transfer, digital print, etc.).
• Source and manage print vendors, ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Monitor strike-off/sample approvals and ensure bulk production matches the approved sample.
• Conduct pre-production meetings with vendors and production teams to finalize print processes.
• Track production timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time order execution.
• Inspect quality during sampling and bulk production, ensuring compliance with buyer standards.
• Maintain accurate reports of print orders, approvals, rejections, timelines, and vendor performance.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (buying, sourcing, QA, and logistics).
• Stay updated on latest print technologies, inks, and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
