Creating job tickets and detailed production instructions for the printing team will be part of your routine. Monitoring job progress to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any printing process issues, will be essential. Maintaining precise records of all jobs, including specifications, changes, and delivery particulars, will be a vital aspect of your role. Collaborating closely with the sales team to update on job status and address any potential issues is crucial. Ensuring that all printed materials adhere to the company's quality standards and client expectations will be one of your key responsibilities. You will also oversee the inventory of printing supplies and order as required, while providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the printing process.
