Job Description

Machine operation and setup:
Set up and operate flexographic printing machines according to job specifications.
Load plates and make necessary adjustments to the machine for different materials and designs.
Quality control:
Monitor and inspect printed materials for quality, ensuring color accuracy, sharpness, and proper alignment.
Make real-time adjustments to the machine to correct any errors.
Maintenance and upkeep:
Perform daily and preventive maintenance on printing equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness of the machinery, ink, and plates.
Mix inks and calibrate ink flow to ensure consistent color.
Perform minor repairs on the machine as needed.
Production support:
Collaborate with other production and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion.
Keep accurate records of production output and wastage.
Adhere to all safety and cleanliness regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
