Update and maintain a library of presentation templates for easy access by team members. Client Gifting: Coordinate client gifting initiatives, both on an ad hoc basis and for seasonal occasions such as holidays or corporate milestones. Research and recommend appropriate gift options based on client preferences, budget constraints, and company policies. Manage the procurement, packaging, and delivery of gifts, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and personalized touch. Maintain records of gifting activities, including budgets, recipients, and feedback received. Internal Coordination for Event Collaterals : Liaise with different departments to gather necessary information and assets for event collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials. Coordinate with graphic designers or external agencies to ensure timely creation and printing of collaterals. Ensure brand consistency across all collaterals and adherence to event themes or objectives. Manage distribution logistics to ensure that all required materials are available at the event venue on time. Applications for Awards : Identify relevant industry awards and recognition opportunities for the company or its products/services. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, data, videos and testimonials required for award entries. Write compelling narratives and craft submissions that effectively showcase the companys achievements and merits. Ensure that award entries are submitted before the deadlines and follow up on the status of submissions. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in marketing coordination or similar roles, preferably in a corporate environment and specially B2B. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for creating presentation decks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools is a plus. Experience with event planning and execution is desirable. Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
