As an IT Admin & Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure efficiently. Your primary focus will be to provide technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, network, and systems across all departments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and networking devices. - Providing technical support to staff for software, hardware, and connectivity issues. - Maintaining and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. - Setting up and managing user accounts, emails, and system access. - Performing regular data backups, antivirus checks, and system updates. - Documenting IT issues and resolutions, escalating to vendors or higher IT support when necessary. - Managing inventory of IT assets and licenses. - Ensuring IT security, privacy policies, and compliance are followed. - Supporting the implementation of new tools, software, and upgrades. - Responding promptly to helpdesk tickets and maintaining service-level commitments. To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 0-4 years of experience in IT administration or desktop support. (Freshers with knowledge in basic computer hardware and software are also welcome.) - Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Networking (TCP/IP), and Antivirus Tools. - Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, printer/scanner setup, and basic server support. - Good understanding of cloud email platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a proactive and technically skilled individual to ensure the efficient functioning of the company's IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day technical support to employees.,
